Sales & Marketing Director
Tina Galli is our Sales and Marketing Director at Oakview Park. Tina married Jim Galli in 2015 and moved from Greeneville, Tennessee to Simpsonville, South Carolina. Tina applied for a CNA position at Fairview Park in Simpso ville in 2016 and was offered an administrative position due to her experience. While at Fairview Park, she held several positions such as Concierge, Kitchen Aide, and helped with activities before finding her passion as Director of Community Relations. Tina loves working with the elderly and their families. Making the decision to leave your home and come into an assisted living community can be a very difficult decision for some. Tina has the compassion and understanding to listen to the needs and help families understand what we can offer their loved one on a daily basis.
Britany has worked in the healthcare field since 2010 and currently serves as our Lifestyle Director. She has always felt a connection to the elderly, and loves bringing joy to their lives every day. Every hug, every smile tells her that she has accomplished something wonderful and meaningful.
John is the Maintenance Director at Oakview Park Assisted Living. He has been with Oakview since December 2018. Prior to coming to Oakview John worked as a certified arborist, HVAC service and installation technician as well as construction. He is an ordained minister and loves God. He has been working with seniors for numerous years as a hospice volunteer for various projects. He feels that the Oakview Maintenance position should be treated with the same respect and tender care that he would use in caring for his own home. John feels the best part of working with seniors is the opportunity it affords him in helping others. John, also known as “Johnboy”, has a passion for helping others. He loves God, his family and believes in a close family bond. He is also known for his saying, “It’s all about love”. This shows in all that he does for others.
Memory Care Coordinator
Donna has been the Memory Care Coordinator since 2018. She has a background in Human Services with a focus in Behavioral Health. Before coming to Oakview full time, she worked with special needs children and adults for seventeen years. Her employment began with Oakview Park in 2017 as a part time concierge. Donna enjoys working with the residents in Memory Care and seeing them smile.
Business Office Director
Shelly has been working in Assisted Living since 2009. With an associates degree in Healthcare Administration, over the past 10 years she has worked as a Caregiver, Med Tech, Wellness Director, and now a Business Office Director. Working with seniors is the highlight of her day. Shelly loves making all the residents and family members happy. She has been married for 2 years and has a wonderful daughter.
Chef Jeremy Perry was born in eastern North Carolina but raised in the mountain region of western North Carolina. He began working for a local BBQ franchise. This is where he developed a love for cooking. Shortly after getting married he decided to make a career of his talents. He began working as a prep cook for the Greenville Marriott. There he learned many techniques and styles under the influence of great chefs. Jeremy worked his way up the ladder eventually being selected Executive Chef. A short while later, Chef Perry and his family decided to make a change to healthcare. There he was trained under the Regional Chef at Spring Park Assisted Living until he was placed at Oakview Park as the Dietary Director. This is now where he continues to grow and expand his knowledge of healthy diets and living.
Debra McGrier, LPN/ALC
Assisted Living Coordinator
Debra is the Assisted Living Coordinator of Oakview Park Assisted living community. She coordinates and schedules staff, assists resident with any personal or community concerns, and manages plans of care. She believes a smile or hug given to someone who is down or not feeling well goes a long way and can lift a person up. Debra has worked as a licensed practical nurse for over 25 years, and enjoys working with all ages although most of her nursing skills are in long term care with seniors. She believes in making others feel special everyday by demonstrating the Love of God through respecting others and communicating to make our community the vibrant home that it is.
